chieftan

Im in the xbox one playing elite dangerous, i do not own horizons. I have been searching tons of alliance systems looking for the new chieftan and I cant find it anywere. I searched all the systems listed in its wikipedia purchase page, to no avail.

Black Friday Paintjob has always been available. On my other ships its now called "Midnight Black" This feels like a shakedown to me. Now I feel the need to purchase a new paint job. touché frontier... well played.. Im a sucker for bobbleheads, paint jobs and other such nonsense micro...

I have a few engineers unlocked and would like to know a basic PvE build for my Chieftan. I'm not super savvy with outfitting. Thanks You.
