I can only hope, that the CGs for Utopia are not deliberately designed badly, so that ; 1 The rewards are usually crap ( a single paintjob? yawwwwnn ) 2 The amount of diligence / effort gone to to make the achievement realistically achievable, is always 1/2 done, so often we only get 1/2...
