the least you could do is understand what happens during patch updates and the like...

I don't mind the planned downtime but when 1.5 hours turns into 2.5hrs+ its a joke, I've been waiting to play and I have to head off for a 12 hour shift in under 1 hour.
Thanks a lot, ridiculous. (next time just estimate the down time and add 2-3 hours, it'll be less hassle)

This is worst that Blizzards and Warcraft manitentance. Didn't think anything could beat those guys.
That does not seem to have stopped them thus far.
