What I found interesting with the NPC pirates is not only they don't truly pirate you as they are murderers....they are STALKERS too! I tried to evade by jumping out of SC before I could be interdicted and I was followed. Escaped, and interdicted again! This NPC actually followed me to dock shooting at me before he got taken out by station security!!!
How stupid are these NPC's?
It's just a bit of broken code, don't be so harsh. If you don't stop, they probably will open up. Did they scan you? I have been pirated by NPCs before, and have escaped only by dropping cargo, which I watched them collect.
I did report that the pirates in 1.3 were simple murderers, as they didn't respond to dropped cargo. That wasn't fixed?
