It's linked to GMT Greenwich(Galaxy) Mean Time, not UK Summer Time.
.. no I don't know how to turn it off ... sorry
But you will need it to make appointments with contacts in missions.
and FD/others use it to make sure events can be coordinated even if Cmdrs are from all over the planet.

Nice, less than 5 mins download.
not so nice, 1.1 mil buyback... can`t lounch from the depot becouse I`m hostile. Tryed and got shot in less than 2 seconds. The best part, they keep shooting at me while I`m inside the dock :/
How to get past this?

The system clock has always been so many hours out of sync with my local time here in California, that I really wouldn't notice. As long as it is in sync with the timed missions it is designed to assist with, I have no complaints. ;)

Lift off the docking bay pad just high enough to retract your landing gear and then save and quit. Don't attempt to leave the station!!!

When you reload that saved game, you should be 12km away from the station in safe space. But be prepared to high wake out ASAP, since you will likely get interdicted if you Low Wake first.

btw clock is not slow, you are 1 hour ahead (UK Summer-time)

Why did you guys completely lock off the Horsehead Nebula? The Crab Nebula expedition was supposed to stop by there and now you completedly screwed it up :(

Well, it's UTC (or "zulu") rather than GMT I'd say. It's the universal standard for aviation, so I guess it makes sense for an Earth-originated civilisations to use it as well.

So I thought things looked a little more "glowing", I thought playing GTAV had messed with my eyes and the placebo of an update was making me trip out, that and a sun I jumped into seemed a bit more vibrant and glowing also.

It appears as though FOV has changed slightly also, along with the texture updated to the cockpit?

Won't be very helpful, but worked for me after switching to alternative download.... so far.
