So as I have been waiting for my CV1 to arrived, and looks like it will be a couple of weeks yet anyhow, it got me thinking about graphics cards.
I have pretty much decided to upgrade my 970 to a shiny shiny 1080ti as from all the threads and boards my 970 will be at its limit and I totally want a nice experience with VR. I have a DK2 at the moment and get 37fps in stations and anything between 60-75 out and about. Most of my settings are quite low and I have tinkered with settings for the last month to get the best experience (Thanks you guys for all the hints and tips on this)
So my question is :- There are loads of 1080ti cards out there all with different configurations and manufacturers. Which ones should I be looking for and what should I avoid ?? There are also a big differences in price, anything from £620 to £900ish from what I can see.
Any advice from 1080ti users or the tech guys who know about this kind of thing would be most appreciated.
