2 More days till a Max Exodus

Unless the PC version of GTA 5 lets me fly around the whole of Milky Way in my own space ship, I don't think it can offer me something I haven't experienced yet on the PS3 version

GTA 5. Like anyone who likes that would really be playing this.

Hmmm, sorry if I disappoint you but I play elite, and I like it a lot, but I also like gta, in fact I already played gta5 on the xbox 360 (illegal copy) but I decided to get an offical pc copy anyway, thats how much fun gta5 is for me. But it won't stop me playing elite :)

Online was urgh.

I was really into the online, until it became a little lacklustre when they dumped a million credits on everyone and I no longer needed to work up to a nice house / garage.

The main storyline, was as always with GTA, brilliant fun.

Not a great time to be discussing it right now though, spoilers and all.

I will be working a 14 hour shift on the 14th, so I doubt I'll get to play any ED.
But you can bet I'll be transforming again into a space cadet on the 15th…

Seriously man, most amazing game ever…

On a more serious note though, what the heck are you guys talking about I have no idea… but unless Star Citizen is going to turn overnight into an actual game instead of the impressive money making powerpoint presentation that it is (makes me sad, seriously) I see no reason at all to stop playing ED

Doesn't anybody here have a job?

It's the day before tax returns are due.

That's when all the procrastinators have to find the forms

Played it to death on 360 already.

That said Trevor is worth the asking price alone - hands down the best gta character of all time.
I'll be buying for PC but can't see it taking too much time out of elite

I got GTA5 on the PS when it came out, I sold it about a month later.

It was nowhere near as much fun as the older ones, couldnt quite put my finger on why, perhaps its just gettign old now (or perhaps I am getting old).

Is the PC version going to be any different?

PC Version allows you to play the game First-Person, which gives a new perspective on the gameplay - that's the only big difference, and the only reason I'm getting it. I'm expecting the gameplay to be a bit like FarCry, but with cars, cops & criminals :)

I put down ED and picked up GTA V for my PC (though to be honest, I wasn't playing ED much anymore anyway).

GTA V is a great (IMO) game. I haven't played the GTA series ever on a console (I refuse to own a console). I believe, though am not certain, the last GTA I played (again, on my PC) was Vice City?

Anyway, my take is that story mode is great, on-line mode is terrible and pointless. But even if you never log on to the on-line game, the story mode is worth a full play through.

ED peak players on Steam dropped about 2000 for ~5 days starting the 14th. Extrapolated to active players the drop equaled around maybe ~20K less active players (over a 24h period). Player numbers appears to have recovered, but could be because yesterday was a Sunday but numbers were back to April 13th level.
