23 Days since I lost access to my Ships - Community Managers HELP

On 22 May I was on foot on LP 844-28 and the game crashed. When I re-entered the game, my AspEx was gone and my Insight Hub didn't show a ship recall button on the left panel. The galaxy map show my ship at LP 844-28 B 2. I used an APEX Taxi to go to a station and went to Inter Astra to try to recall my ship. At Inter Astra the representative had to dialog options available: take the pilot refresher training and Goodby. I selected the take the refresher training (multiple Times) and the Inter Astra rep only have the same two options: take the pilot refresher training and Goodby. I tried to log into Horizons, but received an error that the system was unable to retrieve my commander information. I even tried dying on LP 844-28 B 2 to see if it would respawn me on my ship, but it didn't work.

I have submitted 5 bug reports identifying the problems and two service tickets. On another forum, a Commander with my same problem said that he submitted multiple service tickets and that a customer service representative placed him in his ship and that resolved the problem. My service ticket numbers are 88102 and 90493.

So to recap:
1. I can't access my ships
2. My AspEx is orbiting LP 844-28 B 2
3. While on LP 844-28 B 2 my insight Hub doesn't have the recall ship button available (So I can't recall my ship from on foot)
4. Inter Astra doesn't allow me to recall my ship to a station, because it wants me to take the refresher pilot training despite the fact that I have taken it multiple times.
5. I can't run Horizons because it produces an error.

Contact support like my man above says.

They might be a little while longer than normal, but it's the only way you'll get them back really.

Otherwise have you considered a reset?

Or, does youz haz any stuphs worf hazzing on youz suitz like, innit dog?

Just a heads up - my ticket from May 26th got answered on 11th of June. So you still might be a few days away from your ship. :(

Having the same issues. All my ships are inaccessible and I managed to get back to inter astra to find all 13 bil in ships are gone. I can only go thru the dialog for “I’d like to refresh my flight training” but that even does nothing. Can’t buy new ships even tho I have 7 billion in cash on me. I do have a support ticket in that is 7 days in so I hope to hear something soon from them.

Seems like alot of people are losing their access to the whole game for very extended periods of time. Do we have any statements as to weather or not support or devlopment knows what is causing the issue and weather or not it will be fixed in this weeks patch? I saw supercruise news but this was not mentioned and it seems like a pretty big deal.

Yeah I posted the same issue yesterday In this thread and when I researched it, I found some reddit threads and steam threads with the same issue. We are basically stuck in phase 3 alpha with no ships and only Apex, with no ability to transfer loot to anything. So yeah, basically just can't play the game.
