300 Million credits an hour in Taygeta system

Posting here so everyone can enjoy the credit fest; here's an explanation for it from the one that discovered it:

You can make 300 million credits per hour in an Imperial Cutter doing this. 200 million credits in a Python. I just made 400 million credits in an hour which is exceptional. I have been doing this for months and it has always been this lucrative - people were just always on the mining circlejerk and paid no heed. The missions you want are the 80-180T ones to Electra, and I you not these m*** are offered for 10-35 million credits a pop. Sometimes more. That can equate to over 100 million credits in 10 minutes in a Cutter. The board refreshes every 15 minutes. Do the math on that. This is the most lucrative exploit ever in Elite.

I still think the egg was a better exploit, wasn't it ? I won't participate on this, bounty hunting is as fun as lucrative those days.

Careful, there are people here who will now be sure you're part of the great conspiracy to lie to them about this. Their wrath is not to be underestimated, (well, OK, it is).

These kinds of cargo delivery missions are dotted about. I'm just outside the bubble now at an outpost where the controlling faction is offering 25m credits on 120t deliveries to systems within 20ly. Figure I'll hang around to make my first billion then go out into the black for a while.

No it isn't. Just in case you're new, while frontier seem to be absent, but when they get triggered it usually a 2 day turn around to make a fix. They just ghost the community so people don't ask them to fix bugs. They are watching.

Except when they don't know how to fix it. And as Kaboom said:
Secondly, I have identified all of the BGS factors that spawns these missions and over the past month I have used that to identify systems that are Taygeta clones. Taygeta is not unique. This isn’t a random fluke. And if we all start doing this and Taygeta tanks then we need somewhere else to go. DiggiDiggi in Colonia is one such system and it is only slightly less lucrative than Taygeta. There is a station and outpost there, so you need a Cutter and Python and alternate based on available missions to keep the credits flowing. I made 700 million credits in a couple hours there last week.

Fixing it would need to rebalance the whole mission thing. Hey that's what they are doing nowaday !

Keep thinking about it. Good luck. You can always ask the mods to delete your post :p

EDIT: Just in case, i'll give you a hint. Once upon a time, in a land of dreams and wishes, you couldn't do this. What a crazy place that would have been. Imagine if you could go there again...
