I will share my Trade Route that i am using at the moment, i have a Type 6 Lakon with an 80 tonnes cargo hold, i am running between two star systems one jump from each other about 9 light year jump Starting in ARAPIPI (Naylor Ring) Jumping to HIP 4668 (SheepShanks Hub) starting at Sheepshanks in HIP 4668 Buy 80 tonnes of PALLADIUM and bringing it back to Naylor Ring in ARAPIPI selling 80 Tonnes for 80,000 Credit profit, it took me 9:30 minutes speed running it so if you times 80,000 (Credits=10:00 mins) Times 6 (Minutes) = 480,000 credits, if you have a bigger cargo space gg more cash faster

If the run takes 10 minutes you can only do 6 in one hour. 480,000 Cr.

I think it might be you need to check your maths for an errant "0"....

80,000 credits in 10 minutes = 80,000 * 6 (only 6 lots of 10 minutes in an hour) = 480,000cr

Still a good run though :)

Your math is a bit off there. It takes 10 minutes(rounded up) to do that run, so you have to divide an hour(60 minutes) by 10 and then multiply that by your profit. 80,000 x 6 = 480,000.

You might want to recheck that. Time 60 means you're running that route once per minute, and not once per 10 minutes. So your profit is 480,000 per hour. That's alright, but not exceptional. I'd do rare trading instead, until I have a larger cargo hold.

Ahm.. when i'm reading that correct.. you are only selling one way, and the way back your cargo is empty? And.. 1000 Credits Profit, thats really bad, i have routes that net between 2500 - 2800 Credits, 1 Jump always, with stations not further than 100 Ls from the Sun

that's only a one way trade, find me a 3 way that does better than my current 2300 cr per tonne round trip and i might be interested, it takes about 20 minutes and i can carry 212 tonnes in my type 7 so in an hour i make 487600 per trip or 1460000 credits per hour after paying for fuel.

was it 9:30 one way or round trip? if it's one way and you have 9:30 back the other way then you can half that again. unless you are making equal profit in both directions?

so 240,000/hr

Nice try OP :D Was already wondering when I was reading the title as I´m in the fortune of doing currently 3mil/hour in my Type 7 with 212t load cap and I think thats pretty good... and no, I wont share my route ;)
