4 years event question

Good morning,

In the news ticket for the 4-year event it is written that we receive one animal for every 5 animals released. However, I released around fifteen and I did not receive a bonus animal. Do you know how or when we can receive them?

If I'm not mistaken, check in the rewards tab and claim your rewards. Reward animals should also be in the Reward Animals tab in the animal market; you have to claim those, as well

Hmm, it looks like you can select something. I'd contact Frontier

Well, I have yet to participate in the event, unfortunately.

I would suggest that you contact Frontier, since you know more about what's happening

I thought I remembered getting them during the event when it was anniversary but after on a normal challenge. Im sure I got to the point where they stopped giving you animals and stopped releasing. I feel like something has gone wrong this year

I am quite sure we at least got the outfit parts right away and not after the challenge. Not sure about the animals.
