Discussion EDRefCard v1.4+ - new hosting, new maintainers (the follow-on to "EDRefCard - makes a printable reference card of your controller bindings")

Starting today, we have migrated the EDRefCard to a new hosting location provided by @Epaphus (thank you for providing this!) and I'm now the maintainer of the domain and source code repo.

I wish to thank @VerticalBlank for the efforts in maintaing this code / site over the previous years - it's certainly made my Elite life much easier.

We welcome any requests for an old published binding to be reinstated from backup. Requests for new devices will be turned around as quickly as time allows (life can get in the way sometimes!).

There is a project in-flight to re-write this site so that it can be easier to maintain, run and hopefully allow a faster turnaround for new devices/fixes. A small visual re-work will happen at the same time.

For referemce, the old forum thread can be found here: https://forums.frontier.co.uk/threa...ence-card-of-your-controller-bindings.464400/

Excellent community effort! <3 Kudos to you Commander.

If possible would be great to add this, maybe a niche device, newer model on sale just has different color buttons grey instead of black.

I'm Using "Win Wing" Hotas Orion 2 (F18) came up as "decuxa" in the message for unknown device.

I found These manuals below with graphics and button maps on "https://winwingsim.com/view/regular.html"
Searched
Item--> Throttle
Commodity -->Orion2 NavyAce Throttle Combo

Base PDF - T2-ORION THROTTLE BASE II - User MANUAL EN V1.1

Handle PDF -T2-ORION THROTTLE GRIP

Thank You in advance for checking

Hi, I have a Virpil COnstellation Alpha, which should be supported but it's not recognized. The reference I get is llbutc
Maybe I should edit the bindings file so that the controller is recognized? I looked a bit around but could not find anything.
Thank you for your help.
Kind regards,
Vladimir

Is it the standard or prime?

On a quick look those PDF looks to have the info needed regarding the button layout. When I get a bit more time I can look at it in more detail.

Bear in mind that Virpil PID's are usually random (they are not hard-coded). Attempting to ID specific Virpil devices from the bindings file isn't optimal because of this. It would be helpful to provide a manual selection for unknown PID's that have corresponding Virpil VID's in the bindings.

My setup is made of two constellation alpha (left and right, not prime. Right is CM2 and left is CM3), one virpil mongoosT throttle (CM2) and one control panel (CM2). I have obviously a lot of bindings and edrefcard would be realy useful. But I don't understand how to make it work. I also noticed that each time I try to generate the ref card I get a diffferent code. The last one is jijuac but not sure how useful it is.
Thank you, this software is amzing. I am happy to help if able

Any chance you guys have bindings for a VKB HOTAS setup? I'm running the VKB Gladiator NXT EVO 'Space Combat Edition' - Right Hand and a STECS Throttle System - Standard. I tried using the jpjjsp.bind but it doesn't recognize my setup, probably because it's the premium version.

Thanks in advance for your help.
