LostWinds 91%, Stuck in Palace

I'm at 91%, stuck in the palace. There is a round door with a blue crystal, but vortexing the king doesn't do anything. Maybe it's a glitch? I've tried reloading, going back and forth between Melodia City and the Palace, restarting the phone....

Yes, the vortex is triggering, but the blue crystal doesn't vibrate.

Stuck in palace

Hi, I'm stuck at the palace too..there is a round door with the blue crystal but vortexing the king doesn't work anything...what should I do now?i tried reloading but still the same..
