Class 7 can be problematic finding I know.
Presume you don't have elite rank and or founder for Founders world permit.all modules at Jameston memorial
Best looking at high tech, but for class 7 check the large shipyards with big population.none spring to mind as not in game now.
Possibly lambada,yu long ri homeworld.
Wolf 406 in alliance area.
Maybe the main empire shipyards.

Python: Kamito, Diaguandri - all maxed out modules at the nearest stations (in one system or the other) available at 15% discount for all pilots. Bonus is they are right next door to each other too.
