Horizons A complete expansion aimed at large ships only?

The small ship pilots got Enhanced Performance Thrusters in 2.1. Now it's time for the large trading ships that have been almost completely neglected in 2.1 to get some nice fighter toys in 2.2. Every single expansion does not introduce gameplay elements that affect every ship/playstyle equally.

Useless. They're totally useless with Viper. I bought red skin for Viper and we get THIS. *Really annoyed*

Keelback is an inexpensive medium sized ship with a fighter bay.

And I believe they are also releasing the Dolphin this patch which should be a smaller passenger ship than the Orca.
