A few (ridiculous) questions from a new player^^

Hello, I started the game a few days ago and this game already fascinates me.
I decided to take my time to discover it so I'm not rushing, I only made 8 vivariums and an enclosure with common warthogs.
I apologize in advance for my stupid questions for experts like you, but I prefer to ask them all together rather than having to look for the answers given my catastrophic level in the language. (for information, I play in challenge mode because I don't have internet at home)
1/ Is there a maximum duration for your zoo or can you take your time to the maximum? (5000 years? ^^)
2/ Is there a negative effect on visitors if we put several vivariums of the same species? (I was considering this in order to earn money before doing major work)
3/Which species are the most profitable in the vivariums to earn money at the beginning? (I imagine that they are not the same ones that we put after, to have a better quality of zoo)
4/I want to do self-management for the vivariums but I can't really understand how it works in the game.
What are the possibilities when you want to do self-management while earning money or leaves with the vivariums?
I would like to keep as many animals as possible in the vivariums and that the babies be sent to the exchange center if they are golden and that the non-golden ones are sold directly.
Is it possible to do something like this?
5/I was planning to make after the entrance a fairly large enclosure of 5000m² where I would put 4 or 5 species that are compatible.
What is the advantage and disadvantage of making enclosures with several species? Can we make 4 or 5 species or should we avoid?
What do you advise me with your experience?
6/I can't be very specific about the work areas.
For the moment I only have part of the zoo, the entrance, the staff part, 8 vivariums, 5 shops and 1 enclosure.
I decided, to make things easier for me, to name a work area by profession.
So my question is the following, to which buildings (habitats, vivariums, staff room, research center, workshop, shops, exchange center, trainer's cabin, veterinary cabinet, quarantine zone) connect the different employees (agent of maintenance, security guard, trainer, veterinarian, mechanic, salesman and trainer)
7/What is the role of trainers and how to use them?
8/Do you know if they have any other DLC planned?
9/Last technical question, I made a round enclosure but it is too small, is there a way, with the mouse or the keyboard, to easily enlarge the diameter of the circle? If so, how?
Thanks in advance and again sorry for these newbie questions...

1/ Is there a maximum duration for your zoo or can you take your time to the maximum? (5000 years? ^^)
I don't know, actually. I think it just goes on and on. It's likely you won't even reach that many in-gane years
2/ Is there a negative effect on visitors if we put several vivariums of the same species? (I was considering this in order to earn money before doing major work)
As far as I know, no. I sometimes have 2 or even 3 vivariums with the same species for breeding purposes
3/Which species are the most profitable in the vivariums to earn money at the beginning? (I imagine that they are not the same ones that we put after, to have a better quality of zoo)
Well, depends on the DLC that you have. My personal favorites are the frogs, specifically the golden poison frog, Lehmann's poison frog, and the red-eyed tree frog (from the South America pack). Those 3 species are cheap to buy, you can have kinda big groups, and they breed quite fast. Just sell the new frogs, but make sure you have enough males and females to keep breeding
4/I want to do self-management for the vivariums but I can't really understand how it works in the game.

I am not entirely sure, to be honest. I know that you can set up the self-management to make it where you can use an animal's popularity or age to determine if it stays or not, but about gold rated animals? I'm not entirely sure
5/I was planning to make after the entrance a fairly large enclosure of 5000m² where I would put 4 or 5 species that are compatible.
What is the advantage and disadvantage of making enclosures with several species? Can we make 4 or 5 species or should we avoid?

If it's your 1st enclosure, I'd suggest to use 1 species, if only for ease of management. Multiple species enclosures are fun, but require a bit more management than a single species enclosure. Go for something kinda on the unpopular side, like a llama, flamingos, or capuchins
6/I can't be very specific about the work areas.
For the moment I only have part of the zoo, the entrance, the staff part, 8 vivariums, 5 shops and 1 enclosure.

Zookeeper: Habitats, vivariums, keeper hut, staff room. They take care of your animals, so they need access to them as well as to make their food
Veterinarian: habitats, veterinarian hut, research hut, staff room, trade center, quarantine. They take animals from buildings to your habitats and also conduct research and cure them from disease
Security guard: doesn't really matter. They don't go inside buildings except the staff room. When you give them a work zone, they just patrol in that area
Vendor: shops, staff room. Make sure to have 2 vendors per shop
Mechanic: staff room, mechanic hut, habitats, utilities. They will repair your power and water utilities as well as broken habitat fences. They also conduct mechanical research
Educator: staff room, educator podiums. Educators require education podiums. They will conduct animal talks there
Janitor: anything, but for sure give them bathrooms and staff room. They will patrol the areas you highlight, but to clean up a bathroom, they need to have the bathroom in their work zone
7/What is the role of trainers and how to use them?
I don't know exactly what you're talking about. If you're talking about educators, then they will go around the zoo and begin animal talks
8/Do you know if they have any other DLC planned?
At least 2 more
9/Last technical question, I made a round enclosure but it is too small, is there a way, with the mouse or the keyboard, to easily enlarge the diameter of the circle? If so, how?
It's a bit tedious. It'd probably be better and easier to just rebuild it larger

There are no ridiculous questions! The game can be hard at first and it takes a lot of time to learn all the tricks. The best thing to learn is to try and make mistakes.
1/ Is there a maximum duration for your zoo or can you take your time to the maximum? (5000 years? ^^)
No, you can play in a zoo as long as you want.
2/ Is there a negative effect on visitors if we put several vivariums of the same species?
No. If you use different species, your zoo rating will improve because there are more different animals. But using the same animal several times doesn't have any negative effect.
3/Which species are the most profitable in the vivariums to earn money at the beginning?
I usually use small frogs and scorpions for that. I recommend that you hire a vet and build a research centre. Then research the animals so that they can breed faster and therefore you will earn more money.

5/I was planning to make after the entrance a fairly large enclosure of 5000m² where I would put 4 or 5 species that are compatible.
What is the advantage and disadvantage of making enclosures with several species? Can we make 4 or 5 species or should we avoid?

At the beginning I think it is better to do smaller separate habitats because they are easier to manage. Larger habitats with many animals for example usually have problems with having a lot of poop. Once you are more used to the game, then you can start main larger habitats. African savanna animals are the easiest one to combine.

9/Last technical question, I made a round enclosure but it is too small, is there a way, with the mouse or the keyboard, to easily enlarge the diameter of the circle? If so, how?
I'm afraid that's not possible. I recommend you watching videos on youtube about how to make circular habitats and buildings. It's easy to understand it watching a video.

Thank you both you have already helped me a lot.
In fact, I've been on my vivariums for 4 days and I finally have 8 vivariums full of golden animals but now I want to leave it in self-management, continue to earn money and not find myself in 3 years with only bronze animals in it, that's why I wanted to finally understand the things you have to put in to do it ^^

I decided to take my time to discover it so I'm not rushing, I only made 8 vivariums
So I see that you use exhibition animals a lot and everything that revolves around them, but I don't know if you knew that educators can support some of these animals like the insects, frogs and the turtle,

No, in what sense can educators participate?

Okay I have one more question^^
I wanted to try adding another entrance and for that I wanted to duplicate the main entrance. What was my surprise when I saw the price.
Looking closely I realized that these are the 4 visitor arrival plates which cost 150,000 each.
Is there a possibility of putting only one for example or do you necessarily have to have all 4 for the entry to be validated?

You need 1 no matter what, but you can sell the rest

Agree so with a single arrival of visitors at the price of 150000 the entrance can function as the main entrance is that it?
Yeah, pretty much. May get a bit crowded, but I like to make a little entrance plaza with multiple paths in different areas to help guests spread out

Hello, here I wanted to change the main entrance to an Artic entrance because it is the basis of my zoo entrance. (afterwards maybe it is impossible or not recommended^^)
I'm in the temperate zone but I wanted to do this crazy thing about having a very artic entrance there.
I have the one that I recovered in the DLC but it is really small in size and in the arrival of visitors, only one instead of the 4 of the classic entry.
Do you have any idea how to fix this problem?
I imagine that the number of visitor arrival points counts in the number of visitors to your zoo.
What interests me is just an Arctic building (and in Africa to be frank) to replace the main entrance with the 4 visitor reception areas.
I've looked in the worshop and I don't see an art entry as big as the game entry and unfortunately I'm not able to create anything at the moment.

What a fool I thought that the number of arrival points of visitors counted for the number of visitors but that doesn't seem to be the case so the classic Artic entry will suit me very well for the moment^^

I'm already having trouble making an enclosure of the size I want, so improving an entrance seems too much for me at the moment^^

Hello everyone. Friends, I downloaded them from the Zoo Workshop but I don't know how to see them afterwards.
Thanks in advance...
Could you recommend some videos to learn how to build, I can't even make a simple building to try to put all my "staff" buildings at the entrance to my zoo^^

I'd suggest that you go and watch some Planet Zoo tutorials. I think Leaf Productions has some as well as DeLadySigner and various other channels
