Lutni is up to 5 with 758, Vodyanes only reads 608 for me. What is going on with the readouts??? How are we supposed to plan with dodgy data?
Yeah, thats listed on the reddit sticky, I think that should definitely be one we are trying to get because of that.

Ok someone is prepping a negative cc location. We need to prevent this.
So here is the current situation with the blue haired princess, AD.
There are 3 good green areas around Cartoi near us.
2 of them are currently being prepared by the AD.
The yellow circles show the 3 areas, the 2 pictures are from 2 different angles, they are next to our land, just like Cartoi is:
They are 95, 98 and 103 Ly from their capital, while they are only 80, 52 and 86 Ly from ours.
We are currently prepping Ngarawe, which is next to Andonnus, these 2 systems are within 15 ly of each other, only one faction can win. This may be a repeat of the Cartoi race we just had.
The third yellow circle that they are doing nothing with yet is HIP 23926, which I propose we start prepping, if they don't target it this cycle, it will be at the top of their priorities next cycle unless we get it first.
We are already being boxed in by AD, HIP 23926 is only 52 Ly from out capital.

Do we really need to be doing this? Can we not fortify and head out toward the areas "behind" us and "north" of us?
We're heading for several already, Mudhrid, Lutni and Carverda. I think we should make sure those systems are all prepped for expansion as the no. 1,2 and 3 options. AB Pictoris is another good option, but will need some serious work. We can't afford to waste another 50000+ prep points on a system like Cartoi, which we still lost.

They can try to encircle whatever they want, if we take the valuable systems in that area next week, they would have wasted their time and resources. We can expand twice as fast as them.
well why wait until next week?
As I see it we have 5 good systems in our top 7, we need 2 more.
Hip 23157 is another one I have proposed.
AB Pictorus is another one that has been mentioned.
I'd like there to be a general consensus on the 7 so we can get them up there, and be focused on asking people who are pushing other systems to stop.
Top 7 Preparation targets that I would propose, in no particular order:
Hip 23157
AB Pictorus
Carverda
Mudhrid
Ngarawe
Vodyanes
Lutni
If anyone has some other options please speak up.
Two of the current systems in our list are there only because of the infiltrators, I did give some resources to AB Pictoris, and even though it surpases the number 10, it is not appearing on the list.
