Yes, as a matter of fact, I had a Cobra Parked in Federal Space, and got a little heat when picking it up via my Sidewinder taxi service, and out of the station... interdicted a couple of times, but since its a A-Spec Cobra I just waved and went BEEEEH BEEEEH (make Roadrunner sound here).
