A Major Issue with the Insectivore Feeder.

A big problem that a lot of us have already noticed with the insectivore feeder is that it is exclusive only to the Jeholopterus, which seems like a big waste of a new feeder type in a free update that everyone will be receiving and won't even be able to use it unless they buy the DLC to get the Jeholopterus. A lot of species would've benefited from using the feeder like the Dimorphodon, Sinosauropteryx, Compsognathus, Moros, the ornithomimids, Troodon, etc. I hope that Frontier will eventually edit the diets of these species so that they can use the feeder.

The Ornithomimidae also could be included as dinosaurs that fed on insects.

whether the insect feeder is exclusive to the DLC or not, I still agree with the author. the insectivorous diet should also include all the other dinosaurs mentioned above!
The feeder should have an option of distributing larger insects as well, such as the dominion cretaceous grasshoppers.

concerning the Troodon I would even be of avias to pass it totally omnivorous, because studies on its teeth indicate that it also fed on plants. it would also be interesting to make him eat fish. it wouldn't seem unlikely to me for a supposedly very intelligent and opportunistic dinosaur

I'd like to revive this thread. In the film canon, for sure the Compies are insectivores. Jurassic Park 3 specifically shows some Compies trying to catch and eat bugs.

For other species, I'd add the Moros and Sinosauropteryx, as well.
We can extend it by adding the ornithomimids and Dimorphodon

Since the Triassic, all small carnivores especially Coelophysis fed on insects. Compsognathus, Moros Intrepidus, and Sinosauropteryx naturally fed on insects.
Ornithomimids specifically Archaeornithomimus, Gallimimus, and Struthiomimus have the diet of insects besides plants. Archaeornithomimus' carnivorous aspect comes from the fact that it fed on small mammals. Oviraptor is also known to feed on insects besides lizards, small mammals, crustaceans, shellfishes, mollusks, and plants.
