That's good.Now for a name suggestion .... Macmillans Hope.
Take careWow folks, that was an amazing thing you did there, I thank you all. It's my 60th birthday on the 13th May, I'm going out for a meal with my family and I will raise a glass and salute you all for this amazing thing you've done. The Elite Dangerous community has proven itself, yet again, to be one of the best gaming communities I have ever know, I am proud to call myself a community member as should all of you. Truly impressed at the response and the speed at which this was achieved. I will visit the new station tomorrow and have a drink at the bar. I'm afraid I won't be playing much, if at all, after that because my body won't let me, but I am grateful to each and every one of you for helping to make this happen. I salute you Commanders. o7
It's the least I could do. And it's an honor and a pleasure to have my suggestion as the chosen name.Update: The station has been renamed to Macmillans Hope at the excellent suggestion from Commander Iron Body. When I saw his post I couldn't honestly think of anything that would be more perfect. Inspired, thank you.
For a quick reaction force type event, it was extremely well coordinated. Commanders using comms to tell others what systems and stations had steel/aluminium/titanium etc. I thought it would take days to complete! Couldn't believe the progress as I delivered goods. Epic effort by one and all.Wish I'd seen this post before now. ED community coming out in FORCE as always. So wonderful to see. All the best to you @Diwrnach o7
Oh 100% And I'm no stranger to the community stepping up in such a way. From DW2, Fuel Rats, Colonisation preceeding DW3. Just always wholesome af to see xFor a quick reaction force type event, it was extremely well coordinated.
