I think theres going to be a lot of stuff hitting the fan. Our galaxy might be a very different place soon. "Winter is coming" & the coat we put on just might need to be bullet proof.

So in light of recent developments, I'm 100% going to try to help Salome on the 29th, just to see if this goes anywhere.

Not much change the people against Salome will win.

I dunno about that. I mean, she wasn't exactly a good person, just one of the least terrible people in Reclamation. Also a little vague on her goal.

Maybe some more interesting alternatives will pop up between then and now.

That gives me some hope, since most of this is supposed to be taking place in open and I'm not much of a PvP player. I've been modding the hell out of my corvette to make sure I don't get 1-shot, though. Currently sitting somewhere around 2400 mj of shields. Still need to get my weapons modded up to G5, though.

Watch, Salome and her friends are going to have a small fleet of CMDRs escorting them through the bubble.

I haven't read Reclamation yet, so Idk about how good or bad she is. I suppose I should go out and read that before the 29th...

It's about the same price as a paint pack on kindle. I read the whole thing on my phone.

I'd recommend Reclamation to someone who was not into Elite or sci-fi. as it's a damn good story full stop.

I've read many of the other Elite books, and it's the best one. Others have some elements that don't really make any sense, or stories that don't get resolved, or things that just seemed to be forgotten about at the end. Reclamation ties it in and closes it up.

Although that whole bit with the strange cult of screaming dudes was really weird. I wish the book had explained that they had all ended up on the planet due to mis-jumps or something, that was the point in the book where the deus ex machina was heaviest

It's a pretty cool megaship, love the voice acted audio logs. Long way from the bubble though, took me a hair over 3hrs to get out there!
