Release notes for patches, hotfixes, and environmental issues are for notifying the community of technical changes to the game platform (and completely separate to the community interaction through streams, policy notifications, etc.)
The main forum News and Bulletins currently has over 25 pinned posts of things that represent important news for the community. So could we have a separate technical updates sub-forum under News and Bulletins please?
