Cant see why not. It's whether we will get populated with humans earth likes. That will be the tough one. But general earthlikes with PG anmials and plants is certainly possible. NMS is an example, but I expect it to be much better then that (nothing wrong with NMS, just not correct artisically for ED), with plants and animal life that will look and act correct according to the enviroment conditions, like gravity, pressures, atmosphere etc.
