I want to know if jwe2 is under development and when it will be available.
No one can answer this question except official people... and it's doubtful official people will give you a straight answer... the only way to know for sure it to wait until JWE2 is revealed... which makes asking this question really pointless...I want to know if jwe2 is under development and when it will be available.
There's no need for a JWE2, they can just keep updating and adding new features to the current game. Would be much easier than making a whole new game for the same concept of building a dino park. I don't know why people keep talking about it, Frontier has never mentioned making a sequel, just because there was a leak a while ago doesn't mean that it's 100% accurate...
Look at games like The Sims 4...released six years ago in 2014 and they still keep updating it and releasing new DLCs.

I've been studying the history of Frontier Development's style through the London Stock Exchange's articles, and they are just the same as what you said above for many years with their other games. I know that Planet Zoo is also the same because there's some things in there I noticed that could also be added through new free updates and charged DLCs like their past three games (JWE included) before, plus there are suggestion and feedback forums already like the other two Frontier IP games.True that Falco! Look at other games too. Creators of No Mans Sky didn't go 'Oh well, we'll try better with number 2'. They released content after content with updates and expansions creating a better and beautiful game. There is no reason JWE cannot do the same.

Plus, I've noticed for a while, there have been several minor inconsistencies in the series of "leaks" posted from the Spring which raises suspicions, and details in this game that no one is bringing up (which I don't want to share myself yet) for this case which makes me less convinced that a second game with a similar concept but with "more" would be their direction.
Actually, there might be a reason: Universal.

I've just finished conducting a personal investigation, and what I found out has lead me to the believing conclusion this may not be the case. However, I plan to share my concluded information after the reveals of both the next major free update and major charged DLC pack, so that I can share the series of "leaks" from this year's Spring along with my findings.Ok Alan, you got me there with that one!
I agree. I'm really looking forward to jwe2. Although the quality of JWe is very good, there are too many shortcomings. F club has made enough money, so they should be a jwe2 to meet the needs of players. Main problems: 1. The exploration scope of map is too small. 2. Dinosaur 1v1 was boring. 3. The action animation is too few and single. Hope these problems can be solved in jwe2.My guess would be that they wont start officially working on a sequel until the next movie starts shooting... Once there's a time table for the next movie they'll have a time table for the next jwe. Lets hope they already have plans and things in the works for massive improvements. Hopefully they are given plenty of time to work on it. I'd like to see everything in the current game carried over with a brand new game put on top of it. Most importantly they need to make the dinosaurs and the enviornment very dynamic. The dinosaurs needs TONS of behaviors and animations. No bare bonesing the sequel.
I think it's necessary to do jwe2, because there are too many things to change now, such as dinosaur 1v1, dinosaur action, map range, etc. if they want to solve the problem thoroughly, the workload will be very large. It's better to redo a game than that. And remember, I may have found something that might be a massive red. But until I learn more, I can’t confidently share anything just yet.
Still doubt it anyway. I've been studying Frontier’s most basic approach, style, and reputation for this game, and their other active three game IPs of their own. There is still plenty of time for other big surprises before this kind of “new content” support ends. And what I found and learned may contradict the sequel rumors.I think it's necessary to do jwe2, because there are too many things to change now, such as dinosaur 1v1, dinosaur action, map range, etc. if they want to solve the problem thoroughly, the workload will be very large.
