Oh god it's one of those horrible support sites.
You can't just log your issue, you have to wade through tonnes of faqs and other random information before you even get close to finding the right solution.
Think I'd rather pray it gets sorted and play something else.

I get login failure and login lost. It says 'check your internet connection'. I've checked my internet connection and it's fine. How do I tell the game that my internet connection is fine and that it's the game's fault? I can't see that option [sour]

This happened to me loads after the patch today.
Turn off xbox, disconnect power, and hold down power button on front of xbox for 10 seconds.
This fixed the issue for me.
Hope it works for you too.
