Achenar Regional Task Force HQ

so i've finally managed to get a permit to achenar, i got this mission:

but it doesn't register on my transactions tab

i do get the permit, i go to achenar, but when i get there i don't get contacted by the regional task force HQ. i can see the mission again that gives me the permit but as you can see in the picture its not available anymore.

This is basically a "permit mission"
The theory goes, once you have enough rep to get the permit, such a message appears on the bulletin board, you accept, and you have your permit. And that's it.

However, if you already had the permit, it shouldn't have re-appeared for you, I'm sure I remember reading that somewhare

edit :- the fact it knows you already have a permit may be why you cannot accept it again perhaps.

I think I'm stuck on the same mission, but they sent me to summerland instead.

Waiting for regional task force to contact me. I'm not sure if I need to keep hitting USS until I get a transmission in a similar way to the way branch missions work.

This is part of the Imperial Navy progression, the next step is to go to the system and await transmission form HQ. However the transmission is not forthcoming.

i've also noticed just now that my standing with Empire League, the controlling faction on achenar, is neutral in Achenar when i was already allied with them in Atlantis. Is it a different faction with the same name?? one in achenar the other in Atlantis?

I believe that local faction standing is based on the system.

Also the previous mission was a fetch mission, did you do multiple of these or just the one?

Yea, same here.

But before this mission I accepted three fetch missions, all naval progression (4 combat stabilizers, 4 personal weapons, 3 personal weapons). After I completed the first I saw the permit mission and accepted, I then completed the two remaining fetch missions.

I'm wondering now if I only needed to do the one fetch mission and this has now caused a bug in the progression where I need to accept another permit mission. However I'm now not allowed to do this because I already have the permit (I see the mission in BB but not allowed to accept).

i did a fetch mission and a few transport missions for the imperial navy until i got the rank of master, then it gave this mission which the reward was a permit. i'm wondering if i need to become allied with the Empire League in Achenar now to start receiving navy missions and carry on with the rank progression...

Yea, I think we are in the same boat (or ship). I'm doing the same, doing lots of missions in this area to see if something pops up.

It didn't help that there is a typo in my permit, so didn't know if this was a bug or not.

Same here, I see this mission appearing in Achenar, and I already have the permit. No further missions seem to be appearing.

Edit: Now three.

Edit2: I did one of those anaconda missions delivered it, and the permits still appeared. But then I docked to Baker Terminal and got my next naval rank mission there, so far, there doesn't seem to be more Achenar permit missions. Not sure if what triggered was Baker terminal, or doing the Anaconda mission in between. I still haven't been contacted by any group named "Regional Task HQ".

It does seem like the regional task HQ thingie is not yet implemented or something.

I've got a system permit to "SummerLamd" (note spelling)... no system exists with this name... although "SummerLand" does...
