Looks like Gentil Hub / Harm is no longer viable for the discounted Imperial Cutter as it's no longer a Li Yong Rui system and has fallen into the hands of Arissa Lavigny-Duval...

That makes only two systems with a discounted Cutter left but Arjung is right around the corner of Harm...

LYR has been losing a lot of systems over the months. There were more places to get the Type-10 at discount when it was introduced, too.

It's powerplay, not the BGS.

Oh btw... yes it's true Irkutsk station in Alioth gives 20% discount on Orcas and ASP Explorers...

Locke Gateway in the Azha system seems to be the new "Harm", at least Locke is controlled by the faction Harm Services... Azha is a LYR system and so you get 15% discount on the Imperial Cutter...
