Actual best way of credit farming (without 45 min boring travel times)

About 10m/hour running sightseeing with 4 allied factions in my dolphin. That's the best I can do, and this is by abusing modeswapping to make sure missions are actually available. Feels disgusting.
I have NO idea how people make any money PvE. I spend an hour in a Hazrez with my vulture and I'm lucky to break 1m.

I think high-population systems generate more missions, and therefore make more sense to invest in? I'm not sure of any clues as to potential payouts, but in my experience there's not much variation anyway.

There's quite a few activities that can get you 10mil per hour when you know what you're doing. It wouldn't surprise me if that is the limit that FD are trying to work to.

You can still make a consistent 30 mil per hour scanning water-worlds if you do the level 5 powerplay, which takes a few hours and an investment of 100 million of which you get back about 60 mil in salary. You then have to do 90 minutes of deliveries a week to keep level 5.

Is there any way to have the slightest idea what the top end payouts after you've put the work in will be like? Or do you have to throw the dice at every station until you find one that isn't wasting your time?

Don't just check the available missions! Browse the lower unavailable missions as they give you some clue as to allied payouts ;)

This is related to the OP, but more specifically, I just recently got my first anaconda and have it outfitted for long jump range and as a shielded Trader.

Should I just look up trade loops on eddb for maximum profit, or is there something I don't know about? I was led to believe having an anaconda would increase my yield in profit since I was coming from a type 7, but besides getting higher tier rewards in Community goals, and since passenger missions have been nerfed, I'm not sure where to go from here.
