I found a solultion to help my own friend out2 days ago. He bought a cheap animal and put it on the store for 10 k . (low stat animal) , I looked it up and bought it. He then could buy his own animals. We both quit franchise though. We find there is more fun and challenge in challenge mode. As it is harder to find good animals there and actually need to work yourself to get golden or albinos.Mainly this, my friend picked up the game recently and I'd love to help him out with some nice stat animals in his franchise. We're friends on Steam, so to be able to trade to those people you've friended on Steam would be nice.
Don't get me wrong I still enjoy playing franchise. Just think it would be nice to set up a friend-trade like that

Now you got me hooked. As I'm more interested in the breeding aspect, this actually might be just my thing. Am still deciding if I play like this in Sandbox though. With my first Sandbox Zoo I bound myself to only adopt rescues, custom seizures and pets. Basically start as a Shelter and work my way up to be a zoo and then part of a good breeding program.
Thats what I did with my friend too, but it just doesn't feel right. If we can trade with friends in this way anyway, why not just implement it in the game as a real feature?
I would love to see something like "breeding groups" where you can come together with a group of friends and try to breed the best animals as a "community" and maybe something like a "channel" mode for the animal trade in franchise, where you have a main channel to post/trade your animals, but you could also have channels for your breeding groups, where you can offer your animals as well. I think that would create more of a "community" feeling. Because right now I feel like Im fighting for myself against everybody else, breeding the best animal, snatching the cheapest breeding pairs and so on. I would love to help out other people but right now I can't
Hey, I gave my Buffalo breeding a last try. I invested 15-20k in Gold females and a male (,which you know is very rare) and managed to breed a larger group within the first 10 years. And a put 3-4 silver and gold male on the market. However, I will have to figure out if it works in the long-run, especially with regards to getting new high level males.

Best starting with the Frontier animals, breed them and keep replacing the male with better animals. I got to the point where I was having gold rated calves with every birth. I had a breeding year with 4/5 gold rated males.
Also don't be afraid to have two or three habitats for them.
