What could happen: after today's October update Windows 10 Pro from v.1809 to v.1903 - stopped running the game? Before the update - everything worked fine. Today I received an update - immediately there were problems. The launcher starts for a very long time, and when you start the game - gives a picture with the inscription Entrance (in Russian) and a rotating ring. What to do?

The launcher does not have a play button, instead it has a purchase button. I have already purchased this game, why is it doing this? Wont let me play.
