I tried to buy a prismatic shield the other day, and nope... not on the menu anymore. I said ", you blue-haired little b****." So, I spent about an hour ferrying media blitz or whatever the heck it was around (after flying to Cubeo)... oh, and waited till the next day cuz it was Wednesday. Seriously FDev, if your concern is having a bunch of unused FC's dotted all over (because of some legitimate server impact concern?? <- I'm having trouble with believing this assumption)... for whatever reason, just have FCs for inactive players pulled into drydock (along with all their contents) after 3 mos... problem solved. Please DO NOT (I agree with TheYamiks 100% here) charge us a punitive upkeep! ... certainly not 7 bil/year... you're basically expecting folks to do a working week's worth of work every year just to maintain the FC's existence with your current ridiculous beta implementation.
