Buildings & Attractions Allow a player to automatically add a fence around a building.

I wanted to have a hotel (connected to a path of course) have fences go all the way around it (forming a U shape).

This is obviously doable, and I've already done it. What I'm suggesting here is that a player should have the option to either place a regular building or one with a fence around its perimeter, instead of having to go thru the tedious process of getting it as close as possible.

It would make mine and many other players' experiences better and easier.
