Allow SLF's to have remote access to mother ships Scanners

If the mother ship has a KWS or WAKE Scanner the SLF can access them

Downside Scans take longer the further you are from the mother ship & shorter range

Up side SLF's are more independent & can scan ships whilst the mother ship kills the last scanned target
