Alpha Beta Insurance for all!

I'm not sure how this actually works. If it's an ingame reward for those who were in the beta/alpha or something that is only in affect while in an alpha/beta for testing purposes. But what about a temporary set of these that stack up to alpha level insurance for specific tasks for everyone like in faction warfare or similar. Things that specifically have to be earned or maintained like faction and power allegiance. And like them if you give them up or don't maintain them they go away until reobtained. This could be an incentive to get into those activities as you could maintain drastically lower insurance while engaged in them Or while in that faction.

I would say it would come from two factors. One is faction allegiance. At the highest levels you get the equivalent of Beta Insurance levels. The second is power play. it does the same but if stacked also gives an equivalent of alpha insurance. The insurance could apply everywhere or only in certain areas related to their activities. If you have counteractive versions it could lower it by not letting them stack. Say if you help a power player that is not aligned with your faction you can't get maximum insurance bonuses. But maybe beta level while it's maintained. This would incentivise this kind of activity by making it less risky monetarily and hence safer and potentially more lucrative. Both faction and power related gameplay could have this insurance reduction available when at max level. If not it could be tiered until it reaches it max level for that power/faction.

If alpha/beta players do get this then the difference is they have constant access to it and in all locations potentially. Although beta players could add the other ones to get alpha level but no higher. Alpha level would be max. But this would make it available for different activities if and while maintained.

Example:

Faction: Empire
Powerplay: Aisling duval

If playing in an area of the game related to powerplay, because these are both aligned while engaging in activities related to powerplay you get alpha level insurance. You would get beta insurance for normal empire content or in empire space. Powerplay would get a stacked bonus and receive alpha level insurance while this is maintained.

If you're a beta player and get a beta bonus normally, you get alpha for both. This could be what separates beta/alpha from normal insurance. This would be determined by who owns the stations in your area or the one controlling your insurance at the time. And be combined with what you were doing.

alpha always get max. assuming that is what alpha players get and not just for testing purposes.

Faction: Federation
Powerplay: Aisling Duval

Assuming you can do this, you would only get beta level insurance in powerplay for aisling duval. You would also get beta level insurance for federation related content and possibly power play. If that is possible.

Beta's would get alpha level insurances for Aisling Duval activities and federation space activities. But not for imperial space activities.

Alpha's would still receive alpha for everything as it is max.

The only other factor is if they apply current standing in general to faction or similar and you keep the other insurances while it's still dropping after changing factions and not simply apply to the one you are currently dedicated to.

I'm not sure what independents would get. Maybe they get insurance increases in independent systems. This could apply to pirates in anarchy and or other things in non aligned sectors. And only be there while you are not aligned with anything else. Although you may need to build some sort of stat for independent like a faction. You could loose this if you join a faction. Then you are always in essence in a faction. Anarcy sectors could be counted as independent or not and those areas could be void of any insurance benefits unless specific activities in those areas count towards your faction or power allegiance.
