Newcomer / Intro Alt+F10 problem

Hello again. I have another possibly stupid question. I always take screenshots in the game using the Alt+F10 combination, but today I ran into a problem. After taking a screenshot using F12 (the Steam tool), the combination of Alt+F10 and just F10 stopped working for some reason. I could not fix this problem. Has anyone experienced this before? How do I fix it?

Restarting the computer, restarting the game and steam did not lead to success

Two possibilities I had myself:
1) some junk like GeForce Experience is hijacking these keys for its own nefarious purposes
2) in Open, Alt-F10 doesn't work - no hi-res screenshots in Open, that delay could be exploited in one way or another

Alt+F10 dumps the last five minutes of gameplay to disk, if you have it set up (it is turned on by default).
