Alternative to ammo and consumables synthesizing

As it was recently suggested there is a need (especially for small/medium ships) to bring more ammo to conflict zones using specialized ammo modules.

I would suggest instead to introduce new commodity type - weapon parts - which would allow be used to synthesize ammo and other consumables on the fly without the need to use materials.

It has one important benefit in comparison with current synthesizing - being a commodity it could be trasferred from one player to another (as e.g. limpets to repair) and could be dropped from enemies by destroying cargo hatch, so player could replenish ammo directly in fight.

It could be balanced to use more or less ammo/consumable items per ton of this commodity and also by time needed to synthesize (in comparison with using materials).

As additional "feature" - being destroyed a cargo rack filled with weapon parts would detonate dealing a damage to the ship.

An extra benefit of using this commodity would be a need to equip purely combat ships with cargo racks, which could be used in many situations (to collect escape pods, black boxes and rare commodities).

I would also suggest to introduce some sort of emergency mode for commodity markets to allow selling this new commodity and limpets when station is under attack.

It could be also another cargo rack module modification (or engineering effect) to increase rearm speed in exchange of power usage, aka mechanized cargo racks.
