Am I the only one that has issues with reading the CAPTCHA for the store login?

Hmm, this is a bit concerning, I think this is the first thread I've seen where there was a general consensus. Not sure what it means.

+Rep Alec, all out but we definitely need Canonn science team to create a Captcha decoder tool.

Nope

FDev's CAPTCHA is painful to read and can take a whole mess of refreshes to get something that i MIGHT get right. It's a pretty good test as to how much you really want to buy something though.

It is very bad for me also, I need four or five attempts to get something that I can recognise.

Has anyone escalated the issue to FD?

I had to move to Chrome to get past the Captcha on the store - it failed every time using Safari. It was driving me insane before I worked it out.

edit: I just tried it again, and it seems to be working in Safari now, so disregard this post. :)

Use Paypal. No Captcha. Sorted.

The captcha is there to log into your account on the store site to begin with.

As for its readability, when they first introduced it it was terrible and I said so on here. The day after I logged in again and they seemed different, clear as a bell, so I assumed they'd changed it. Today it looks somewhere between the two, I can make out what I think it says but I'd still be 50/50 anticipating a refresh or two. Also it does seem to just flat-out lie at times.

Although I do hate captchas I don't usually have any issues with them at all; my hearing is going but my eyesight is perfect.

I do have more trouble with this CAPTCHA than most others. On many occasions, I'm sure I have it right, but it rejects it. I usually have to do it 2-3 times before I get through.

I agree there - If I log in "cold" to my account. However, IIRC I can be in Outfitting, hit the Purchase from store option in Livery, and then get straight into what I want to buy, and use Paypal to check out. No Captcha. At least that is what I recall recently when I bought my nameplates.
