I've also been selected, and I am chuffed to bits!
I must admit, I am a bit concerned by Mobius's warning about being too tall; I'm not as tall as he is, but still well over 6 foot! Is it coz you bang your head getting into a Viper?
yea, being one of the few people who can (just about) look down on Mobius that put me off even applying

Having been selected as an ambassador for EGX, I thought I had better swat up on all the fine detail of Elite: Dangerous (above and beyond just how to play it).
So I started reading through the Design Discussion Archives. However, tablet and PC screens are not very good for a bedtime read. So, I have compiled the totality of the archive into an eBook. I can read up on Elite on my SONY eReader which I will be reading on the train up to London!
It also gives me a quick-reference on my iPad too.
I have stuck the .epub in my DropBox to share with any and all.
Please let me know if anything critical is missing. And Frontier, please scream if there is anything you want altered or removed.

that's the only reason I can think off for not being invited to all the other gaming events and kerrash was, its very much a image thing, kerrash is much shorter and less intimidating, and I imagine that Mr Braben felt tiny standing next to me.

I think the question really is where did Kerrash get the naked pictures of David Braben, there can be no other explanation for his continued presence at every event.......
