An interview with one of Elite Dangerous' most hated

Given the volume of responses in this thread, you all have unwittingly throned me as Overlord of the Trolls.

Closer to the truth would be that theres literally nothing else to talk about and you unwittingly become the source of entertainment fer all the bored forumites. Theres a difference between laughing with someone and laughing at them...guess which catagory you fall face first into ^

I've been on numerous PvP group KOS lists for a long time. With all due respect, you just don't know anything about what you're talking about.

I see.
You don't read many of your replies do you?

This "due respect" you speak of. Do you know what it means? I must ask, because I understand this is a multilingual forum and it's obvious that English isn't your first language, and I wouldn't want to resort to mocking you in comic sans for no reason.

I'm still happy to label you a coward though, all things considered.

Now that that;s over, can we move on please. The next act is in the wings and waiting to come on.

I, the Pie Bandit, have already said all that needs to be said. The Overlord of Eravate (Whom I never heard of until I skimmed that article) has inspired me to a life of memes.

Yes quite so, and you've been most patient too. I do apologise for the delay, but some attention seekers just won't leave the stage.

Writing for anonymous web zines isn't a career in the first place, chap. Most people who write for them do it for free. It certainly won't pay enough to put a roof over your head and even the Huff Post don't pay their irregular columnists. People do it because they like doing it, or they like telling people they do it, or they hope if they do enough free stuff with a ***-eating grin, then someone might start paying them (they catch on eventually, quit in despair and promptly get replaced with a keener person harbouring the same delusions). I would not be at all surprised if author and subject are either the same person or already know each other, given that literally nobody has heard of this 'overlord my playpen' kid.

It's even more complicated than that. Not only am I Zarek Null and John Santina, but, surprise: ALL of the contributors on this thread are just my other numerous alt accounts! The whole 15 pages was just me writing comments and responses between my various alter egos. Now quick, let me switch back to another one of my accounts so I can write a response to this comment...

That actually make more sense than the rest of the stuffs that you have written.

Enjoy your fleeting infamy, because in days, no one will remember who you are and what you did.

The nature of the beast.

Just go back to that place where you "celebrate" your "overlording".

'Overlord' of Eravate?? Pah! Personally, I am the Super High Grand King of Eravate and would officially request that you cease your antisocial activities (and general naughtiness) forthwith before you give my fair system a bad name. Otherwise, you will be sent to bed without any supper. Also, you should get out more.

Regards,
SHGK of E

You have power only when others believe that you have power. See "Lesson One: The Acquisition of Power" in Zarek Null's Guide to System Overlording (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Tq4IBEkEZw&t=2s), 1:33 for a more complete exlaination of this fundamental principle of system overlording.

People believe that I am the overlord...that makes me overlord. While you all were busy forum-trolling, I was out collecting further acknowledgements of my overlordship: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yM99dP9Cp7A

...thereby expanding my ever-increasing base of power.

the last line of article says because the galaxy would be devoid of content or purpose without this zarek null. well... solo mode. zarek is null to me because he doesnt exist to me except if he decided to do powerplay, or there was a cg and he was working one side of it and i was working the opposing side.

solo beats zarek mode.

if he wants to roleplay that kind of psychopath he should die soon and his 'empire of a thousand years' will as always with these people fall apart. saddam null - sorry zarek nulll (meh genocidal dictators are all the same) adds nor subtracts NOTHING at all from the content of my game bar one thing : OPEN MODE. and i can live with that. hes not the only griefer out there. he may be truly roleplaying a character or just saying so to do some attention seeking, or have spun this wild tale to deflect criticism from victims which pricked his real life conscience when he suddenly empathised and realised not everyone has infinite rebuys to afford to lose their ship over and over, and that his actions risk killing the game if he manages to drive new players to quitting and demanding their money back in rage.

yes i know others say that kind of thing at the drop of a hat and others poo-poo it by saying it hasnt killed it yet - but FD know the threat is real, or they wouldnt have instituted the protection from open all new players have at first to prevent the baby seal killers doing just that.

The Pie Bandit, Overlord of Pie has arrived in the system, only those who give tribute of Fruit will be allowed to live!

I beg you spare me sire, though my hold contains only rotted grain!

[Aside] Oh curse this galaxy and these cruel Overloads of whose caprice I am an eternal victim.
