Though the article has inspired me, The Pie Bandit, Overlord of Pie to begin my own reign of terror... Not that any players ever come to my system...OP, he clearly deleted the article because of your behaviour here. Well done, now the article you were so proud of is gone forever.

This... Must... Happen...There should be a CG to supply your system with fruit, animal meat and grain. Once completed, a pie-shaped space station will be built, which will serve as your lair.
This... Must... Happen...
Also, I should start manipulating the BGS and have the criminal faction become the controlling faction of the glorious system of Pie.
Just another self made wannabe king in the web where there are 1000's and 1000's like him.Nobody cares about you op. And let me prove it by telling you how I've never heard of you, how much I don't care about you, and how much you don't matter, or how much you wont matter in the immediate future, and bump your topic which is now up to page 25.
That'll teach ya.
Seeing this thread turn into a smelting pot for hatred hurts, because that isn't the reason I write. I write because I love writing, because I love gaming, and to share my thoughts with likeminded people.
The updated article says all it needs to. I appreciate the comments, emails, and Tweets. I wish it was under better circumstances, but I do appreciate you taking the time to read and debate my article.
All the best,

+rep, Even Harry Potter would have been a better choice."A smelting pot for hatred?" Are you serious? This thread is the most interesting thing that's happened on the forum all week! But getting serious for a second: are you really seriously pointing a finger at the community after glamorizing a serial clubber of seals who even you recognize as a clogger to boot? That's a real joke my friend. Griefing & ganking are literally the most toxic subjects possible in the ED universe, and all you did was write a puff piece about a guy who literally makes his ED career killing players who have played the game for a time measured in minutes, the most inexperienced, vulnerable players in the entire game. You literally could not pick a worse player to glamorize. His actions and those of people of a like mind are the most damaging playstyle possible to the overall health of the game. Quit pointing the finger at the community and take some responsibility. Perhaps do a bit more research in the future. And for god's sake pick a higher caliber of bad guy.
Then perhaps the next time you write you shouldn't use the word "hate" or "hated" three times in the article and once in the title?Seeing this thread turn into a smelting pot for hatred hurts, because that isn't the reason I write.
I thought that was normal gameplay in EVE?
I would like to hear this story.
You really had that happen to you?
Didn't they burn some guys house down one time? And cut each other's power and stuff like that on the regular...
It's a bit startling to read back through this forum; I had no idea that this was going on.
I would appreciate it if you could all please read my updated article: http://www.growngaming.com/feature/interview-elite-dangerous/
Here's the thing: I love the game and I do love the community, even if I'm more of a lurker than a contributor. You'll need a player group to pull all this off. I suggest the name The Life Of Pie. A fearsome band of Pierates.
