Anarchy decal and unique decal generator

I want to propose you 2 topics. The first is very easy, a especific decal with anarchy symbols (like this https://photoatelier.files.wordpress.com/2010/12/anarchy-symbol.png?w=520)

The second I think is more dificult but maybe you can obtain a good benefit: to give to the CMD's of create their owne decal (private or public) to put in your ships.

Letting players daub their ships with their own stylistic, mature and lore-friendly decals? Yeah I'm sure that will be fine

My suggestion would be to implement a forum that players could make an initial post to for requesting an insignia.

After that, only Volunteer Moderators or other "official" people could comment. Their purpose would be to up or down vote the content.

After a number of upvotes, say three, the person making the turnkey vote would lock the thread and submit it to FDev for addition to the store. It then becomes a micro-transaction for sale.

I would love to have that decal, but players adding their own decals would become problematic very soon. I'm sure I don't need to explain why.

Security issues? They could put enough rules to avoid these types of issues (for example, without upload files, it must maked on embebed web decal generator). Obviously would have a cost for every decal ;-)
