Hey everyone.
While looking at some posts, I’ve noted some people have incorrectly labeled animals as certain species. I wanted to make this list to help educate people on animals that are not what their name implies. This isn’t to pick on anyone for being wrong, we all learn from each other.
Fee free to add and talk about certain misleading named animal in game or wishlist

Elephant shrews are not shrews, but they are more close to aardvarks and elephants.
Aardvarks(Earth Pigs) themselves are not pigs too. Bizarre.

I love mountain goats have no idea they are American antelopes 🤩
It’s a shame it’s so unpopular and I would love to see it in the game on day.

I think the Clouded Leopard and Snow Leopard throw a lot of people off. I have known for a long time that Clouded Leopards are not a leopard species, but it wasn't until a handful of years ago I became ware the Snow Leopard also was not a leopard species.

I love Mountain Goat even more now! Let's rename them Snow Antelope!

I want them in the game Frontier, MAKE, IT, HAPPEN. Markhor and Mountain Goat, make this a dream couple!
