Yes, but the truth is closer to it being a YMMV scenario than it being a definite bust, no? Why would you want someone who's hardware would run Odyssey well enough to not get it? Or at least see? Surely, in the grand scheme of figuring things out, more data is better than less? I'm not afraid of it contradicting my experience, why are you?
Nothing, but there is a lot wrong with misinforming buyers.
Did I say you did? The inference was mine but I think it would be a reasonable one. Yet again you're missing the point about me not having issues with those who wish to validly criticize or vent, but you have to also understand that from my perspective, running on such a 'lowly' spec of RTX 2060, 16Gb & 6 Core i7 laptop in comparison to 32Gb 3090ti 10 core i9 that I find it rather incredulous to see such a screenshot posted as if that's literally the best they can get on their machine. Especially when I've read Steam reviews that say unless you have some Übermensch-like PC spec like that, don't bother to buy Odyssey.
Correct me if I'm wrong but I never once said it did, that's all your projection. My initial post was to point out, again, (and yes, I can go around as many times as you wish to, too) that the clickbait thread title was potentially misleading in the way that it declares OPs experience is the de facto Odyssey experience, which it is not. Conversely, it's those who's experience isn't anywhere near the mess of OPs screenshot who are having their own experience invalidated in the eyes of someone casually browsing the forum who happen upon this sort of thread.
Looks like? Misrepresented as more likely. I feel like I've been pretty clear and not obtuse, can't say the same for the merry-go-round club members.
