Newcomer / Intro Anonymity Protocol Elite Odyssey - Newbie help required

Hi, I was hauling some cargo around and wanted to trade at Hale's Consulting in LTT 9863. When I got there I couldn't trade as it said Anonymity Protocol. Now I am not sure how or why I have this. I did have a small fine to pay and I have paid that at Lyndon-Bell but it has not lifted at Hale's?

When I click on the Admin centre at Hale's there are two charectures with the red triangle (sorry not in the game till later) but I cannot select them to engage with them to see what is going on?

Can someone help me with what I need to do please?

It still thinks you have an outstanding fine to pay off. Sometimes Elite loses track of paid fines - log off/log in fixes that, check your transactions panel when you next log in.

You should be able to pay any fine with the station admin contact. Once paid all the other contacts should come back online.
