Transits begin at 0:10, 0:43, 1:16 and 1:50. (I would have recorded longer but my client crashed at the end of the video.)

There are no Black Holes, Neutron Stars, or White Dwarfs in this system to cause lensing effects.

The transits appear to coincide with half-orbits of 4 D, just under 5 hours. No bodies in this system have an orbital period that fast.

Is it real or is it another "irregularity?"

They have shown up in every video I've made of orbiting bodies except one. See my next video!

If this shows up near every orbiting body, then I think it's a bug, but intriguing nevertheless.
Is it visible in SC? By flying around it should be possible to notice stationary dot, like you would see a station orbiting a planet f.ex.

The objects move so slowly that it's impossible to spot them in real time. This was thoroughly discussed in my first post on the subject.

Transits dont seem perfect, there are some irregularities regarding this irregularity

Checking the ingame time when the irregularity touches the right side of the lower right canopy pillar we get transits (approximately) at:
1) 6:26.42
2) 11:07:36
3) 15:47:02
4) 20:28:01

Which means:
+4h40m54s between 1st and 2nd transit
+4h56m06s between 2nd and 3rd transit
+4h40m59s between 3rd and 4th transit

Also,
the timings between transits 1) and 3) is 9h20m20s
the timings between transits 2) and 4) is 9h20m25s so quite similar (within margin of error)

So either the UFO does some complicated maneuvers behind camera which are not the same between transits, or maybe there are 2 UFOs orbiting the 4C/4D barycenter?

Edit: or the UFO is actually a more or less fixed body (planet?) and the apparent movement is due to the 4C/4D/Carrier system* orbiting the planet 4
There are at least 2 other bright dots moving in the movie (lower left of the barycenter) which also seem planets


*(which has a 9h36m orbital period)

I was just wondering if they are visible in supercruise (SC) - If this is some kind of object, then it should be visible as stationary when you move in SC.

From that thread you linked I gather someone tried that but it disappears at certain angles?

i'm curious about their answer, but see the edits to my post - there is a chance it may just be another planet (maybe Planet 3?) while the other 2 moving dots are some more distant planets
