Answer your tickets

Id love to be able to play the game for more than 10 minutes at a time without crashing/freezing and having to restart my entire computer because your game won't end task. Id also love for the ticket I submitted almost a week ago now to get a response. You would think that after ... how many years and updates now .... you would have sufficent staff on hand for a major patch like this.

If it freezes, just wait for 30 seconds or so, it will continue to run after that.

Just as a FYI - if you submit a bug report ticket you never hear back about it - only actual support tickets get responses.

Except ive had a ticket in now for ohhhhh 10 days ... and no response yet. Also im not on ps4 im on PC. And i get freezing/locking up constantly. Task manager fails to end task and i have to restart comp. Sucks ... :(

Log in - go to "My Tickets" - select the ticket - "UPDATE" - type-in a scathing complaint about not having had a reply yet. :)

Yes, I did this today after almost a week without any freezes. Took about 25 seconds and everything was fine. I also noticed everything freezes, so that seems to mean you won't crash into a star and burn up. Noticed that in a Neutron Jet Stream when I froze just a little bit ago, came back to normal and I was still in the same spot in the jet stream and was able to get my FSD charged like nothing happened. So that's at least good.

I was always worried I'd die when I was frozen, but seems it's safe...

It may well be that some tickets are a bit more difficult to resolve than others.

I can't praise the Frontier staff enough. I raised a ticket two days ago, for an issue when buying a 2nd account. In less than 24 hours my ticket had been sorted & resolved.

Otherwise it were game breaking.
