So I've flown a bit fast towards engineer's base at Yoru and landed on the roof of a dome with my Imperial Cutter, but got stuck into an antenna on the roof and couldn't free it, tried boosting, changing direction, didn't help. I looked around with a camera and there was nothing else holding it but that antenna. Luckily ship didn't take any damage, eventually returning to main menu freed it. Are there much more object interaction problems I should be aware of?

Yeah, that too happened a lot more frequent. I'm still learning to fly the Cutter, seems to have a LOT of inertia.
