I found some in beta on a metal rich world, and saw evidence someone found it on a high metal content world. It's obviously very rare though so you'll need luck.

Wangal A2 & A1 have it, on occassion, in the Outcrops with Germanium.
We're still looking for relibale sources of Vandium and Cadmium however

From my own notes and hours of prospecting, checking for various stuff, the following may be useful to you. Remember that stuff is rare and these may not be the best planets to search on, but it will provide a starting point. These systems are all close to the newbie system and easy access.

Antinomy - Niobium - Arsenic - Selenium - Calor A 6
Vanadium - Zeta Aquilia A 1
Yttrium - Germanium - Zeta Aquilia A 2
