Too early, I expect something in two weeks.
These DLC SteamDB branches also get updated automatically when the rating of them changes. So if someone wrote a review that changed the overall review %, it gets updated. I would not read too much into it.
Based on prior patterns--announcement on the 24th, release on the 4th is my guess. Maybe a bit earlier if it's an animal pack.
Pretty sure all four DLCs last year had the same amount of time between the announcement and release, animal pack or not. So I would not expect an animal pack to be revealed earlier than a scenery pack. I think they are more likely to keep going with a new pattern than go back to an old one.
Same! I've stated to really look forward to what they put together. Because that, in and of itself, is usually a hint as to where things are headed. It's so much fun watching the community react to the set design, any props they might have laying about, etc. And that's all before they even really start talking!

I doubt we'll hear something this week. Maybe next week though, even if it's on Friday the 24th. I'm thinking we'll at least hear about the update feature, assuming there is one. We may get the pack reveal too. That's 11 days away, so I'm not even going to hope for something prior to that actually, and that way if it does come earlier than that, I'll be pleasantly surprised. Of course, not having news on the 24th doesn't mean it's not just around the corner...and if that's the case we'll likely get news on the week of the 27th.

Next week is pretty likely, TBH. That timing would fit perfectly for the usual pre-Easter release. Then again, they've been pretty sporadic with patterns the last few go-rounds... So they could be switching it up! Haha.
Some of it depends on the format of the DLC pack (animals/scenery or just animals) and what's going to be included in the free update. If it's a light update they could arguably reveal things a bit later and still hit a release in the first week of April with the usual reveal schedule.
