Any particular reason I should wait to buy an Oculus?

PS. the only snag is the resolution of the side panels, but you can always just lean over a bit! Go for it....!! (I'm just searching this forum now for any tips on this little topic)

Ha, same here man, had pretty much lost interest in gaming until I got a DK2, then CV1 and Elite Dangerous.. I love it!

The side panels are fine in the rift if you use the debug tool to supersample a little, hardware permitting of course!

Oxford st in fact! I just read your story - the demo person wasn't around for me either! But I hadn't booked or anything, managed to track down an actual member of staff and ask about availability. She had no idea what I was asking. One supervisor and a cashier later, established they had them in , but I couldn't have a demo.. I said, I don't want a demo, can I just buy one?! Oh! Yes, of course. There are 5 left.. So that was that! Walked out with a surprisingly large box, tried to stay calm all the way home, and even now staying calm.. Must remember to eat first..!

Basically how I feel. It's reinvigorated gaming for me and I'm excited about games like they're new and interesting
